The Role
As a Room leader, you will support the Management team in delivering high-quality early years care and education, creating a safe, stimulating and organised environment for children to thrive. You will lead and inspire a team of practitioners, ensure best practice and safeguarding standards are maintained, and contribute to providing an outstanding experience for both children and families.
About You
- Recognised CACHE Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
- Previous experience within an early year or nursery setting
- Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children's development
- A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
