An established nursery in Canford is looking for a fun, motivated Team leader to lead the baby room team within the nursery. They are looking for a level 3 or above nursery practitioner who is passionate about early years and can lead the baby room team to support children's learning and development.
This is a full time role working 38.5 hours over 4 days (Monday to Friday) with a staggered start and finish each week. In return, the nursery is offering a salary of £35,035 - £37,037.
Responsibilities:- You would work as a key person and lead the baby room to provide a high level of care and learning opportunities for all children and their families, to make sure you meet their individual needs.
- The nursery is looking for a level 3 practitioner who can work as part of a team and can create a warm, welcoming and fun environment.
