Are you Level 3 qualified and looking for a part time job?

A nursery school in Atherstone are looking to recruit nursery practitioners for term time and all-year round.

Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Supervising the children in your care under approved ratios, ensuring the children are visable at all times, holding hands when walking out of the premises and securing them safely in learning areas before handing-over to other staff
  • To implement nursery policies and procedures, including how to deal with child protection issues appropriately and how to respond to incidents, accidents, complaints and emergencies
  • To interact with colleagues and establish good working relationships
  • To adhere to the nursery school\’s ethos, values and vision
  • To undertake responsibility for supporting the day to day running of the Nursery School rooms
  • To be responsible for supporting parents in becoming competent and confident co-educators who are actively involved in their child\’s development
  • To create a welcoming and family friendly environment.
  • To be responsible for signing-off work and tasks completed on daily rotas, checklists and charts
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday – 7:15am-12:00pm

    Salary: £11.44ph/gross

    Essential:
    DBS on the update service
    Level 3 equivalent or above in approved childcare qualification
    Paediatric First Aid training.
    Willingness to undertake training courses
    Right to work in UK
