A beautiful setting in Worcester is looking for a room leader to join their friendly team. Ideally looking for someone with previous leadership experience, excellent knowledge of the EYFS, good written and verbal communication, and good people management skills.

Duties include:

  • Observing and supporting children and their development
  • Supporting and mentoring staff within your base room
  • Responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the room
  • Adhering to all policies and procedures
