This beautiful Grade II listed barn located in the heart of Boughton Monchelsea, Maidstone, has been open since October 2011 and has grown into a unique and popular setting. This setting strives to provide a warm, nurturing environment to deliver a high standard of education and care, helping your child develop confidence and skills for school readiness.
This lovely setting is looking for a full-time nursery practitioner, up to 40 hours per week.

What we need from you:
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare
- Prior experience working with children
- Knowledge of child development and children's needs
- Ability to work with parents/carers to encourage partnership working
- Good communication skills with adults and children
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to take on other responsibilities as necessary
Your duties will include:
- Taking charge of a key group of children
- Delivering rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to help children develop
- Planning and providing effective care, teaching, and learning
- Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of children
- Working in partnership with colleagues, parents, carers, and other professionals to meet children's individual needs
- Making accurate assessments reflecting the needs, interests, and developmental stages of children
