We are working with a family run and friendly nursery who are looking for a manager to run their setting. They are looking for an energetic Nursery Manager who has a real passion for childcare and early years education and can motivate and inspire their team.

The nursery based in Oxted, Surrey are looking for a full-time manager who understands the importance of meeting the children's individual needs and working in partnership with the children's families to achieve this.

As manager you will need to have a presence in the nursery supporting and developing your staff team and be able to lead and inspire your team. You will have admin support from the owners who will do all invoicing, payroll etc.

For this role you must have:

  • A level 3 or above childcare qualification
  • Leadership and management experience in Early years
  • Good EYFS knowledge
  • Be passionate about Early years
  • Experience with Ofsted

The nursery is open for 50 weeks a year. Salary around £40,000 per annum for 40 hours a week.
