A lovely family-run day nursery and preschool in BR6 are looking to add a passionate and friendly nursery assistant to their team!
Candidate Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant, or similar)
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
- Ability to communicate clearly and successfully with children and adults using a variety of techniques
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
- Be a team player supporting the Room Leader to provide a safe learning environment for children
