We are seeking a Baby Room Leader to join a friendly team at a lovely South East London nursery. The intimate baby room has 6 places for under 2 years with ample space for children to explore. The setting is passionate about providing safe, quality care and education to every child. Having worked with children and in early years settings for years, they have been able to use their knowledge and experience to build settings that are safe, nurturing and educational for children. This role is 40 hours per week, however the setting can accept 36 hours over 4 days.

What we need from you:
- Level 3 childcare qualification or higher
- Minimum of 2 years in a nursery setting

- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
Your duties will include:
- Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of children
- Adhering to nursery policies and procedures, acting as a role model
- Delivering exceptional care and creating outstanding learning opportunities
- Ensuring children learn and develop through enjoyable play activities
- Planning and executing activities suitable for each child's developmental stage
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
