The nanny should be able to nurture the babies and help them feel safe and secure. You will need to provide age-appropriate activities for the children and support their learning and development. The family are looking for a nanny who can work in partnership with them, support the twins' routines, and is happy having sole charge, though mum will be working from her home office.
For this role, you need to have experience working with babies and families where references can be checked. You also need to have an up-to-date paediatric first aid certificate and a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one. Ofsted registration may be required in the future.
Salary: £300-£320 gross per week.
