Experience Nursery Manager needed in Winchester. The nursery based in Winchester is looking for an experienced nursery manager to come and oversee the running of the nursery. This is a full-time role with a salary up to £55,419 per annum with benefits such as:

The company are looking for a nursery manager with previous management experience or a strong deputy manager ready to take the next step in their career. The nursery is 136 places and as Nursery Manager you will be expected to:
- Lead the nursery staff team
- Ensure all children and families receive high quality care and education
- Train, support and inspire your staff team
- Work with the families of the children
- Drive occupancy in the nursery
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed
For this role you will ideally have a level 5 or above childcare qualification but must have level 3 as a minimum. You will have strong leadership experience and have an underpinning knowledge of how to provide high quality care and education.
