We are working with a nursery in the GU7 area of Godalming who are looking for a level 2 or above practitioner to join them.

The role is 38 hours a week over 4 days with a salary of Β£13.50-Β£!6.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Your responsibilities will include
Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children.
Implement In the Moment Planning (ITMP) to support children's individual interests.
Facilitate both adult and child-initiated play to enhance learning experiences.
Collaborate with parents to establish children's starting points and track progress.
Focus on small groups of children weekly to identify learning needs and next steps.
Encourage children's independence in their learning journey.
Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding development.
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills.
