Great opportunity to lead, manage and develop a new nursery in Godalming. Our client is opening a new nursery in Godalming, Surrey, and is looking for a nursery manager to join them. The nursery owner is looking for a level 3 or above nursery manager who has experience in nursery management and developing the staff team.
For this role, you need to have:
- A level 3 or above childcare qualification
- Management and leadership experience
- An ability to develop relationships with the families using the setting
- Great EYFS knowledge
- Understanding of compliance in the Early Years
- Safeguarding knowledge and training
The nursery is offering a bespoke way of childcare for families, providing flexibility and meeting the needs of individual children and families. As nursery manager, you will need to run the setting and support the team. You will be responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures are followed, as well as providing a safe and stimulating environment that supports children's learning and development.

Salary: £38,000-£45,000 per annum with up to 25% annual performance bonus. Up to 35 annual leave days including bank holidays. Opportunities to access training packages to support your role.
