Our client is a vibrant and nurturing nursery committed to providing high-quality early childhood education. They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join us as a Head of Room, contributing to the positive development of our little learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Educational Leadership: Design and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with early childhood development standards. Foster a love for learning by creating engaging and enriching activities for children.
  • Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to room staff, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment. Attend regular staff meetings and professional development sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Child Welfare: Ensure the safety and well-being of each child, maintaining high standards of care and supervision. Establish strong relationships with parents, communicating effectively about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee daily administrative tasks. Work closely with the nursery management team to implement policies and procedures.

Requirements:
