We are working with a nursery in Molesey who are looking for a head of nursery to manage their nursery setting. This is a full time role working 42 hours a week and salary up to £50,000 per annum.

For this role you need to hold a level 3 or above childcare qualification and experience in a senior/management role in a nursery setting.

As head of nursery you will be responsible for the day to day running of the nursery and management of the staff team. You will need to build relationships with the children's families and build relationships with families looking at accessing the setting. You will also maintain the EYFS curriculum across the nursery and make sure all the nursery's policies and procedures are followed. You will also support the staff team and train them as necessary.

The role will also require you to keep risk assessments and procedures reviewed and updated and ensure all admin for the nursery is kept up to date.

The nursery is looking for a head of nursery who can provide a calm, welcoming and stimulating environment for the children and follow the nursery's Christian ethos.
