Are you a level 3 qualified Early Years Educator looking for a new role? We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Early Years Educator to join our team at a beautiful nursery in Knaresborough. The nursery is located in the historic market town of Knaresborough, with easy access from Harrogate, Leeds, York, Ripon, Wetherby, Boroughbridge, and surrounding areas. It provides full-day care for children aged 0-5 years.
The position offers 30-40 hours per week, with shifts between 7:30am and 6pm. Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators with a nurturing approach, passionate about working with young children, and experienced in applying the EYFS principles. You should be able to share information effectively with parents and professionals to support children's wellbeing and development. You will have a good understanding of safeguarding, and at least 1 year of experience working with babies or young children in an early years setting. You should be able to provide examples of supporting children's progress through observation and assessment.
