Job description

We are working with a nursery in the bh16 area of Dorset who are looking for a Deputy manager to join their team. The nursery are looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager who has loves what they do and can support the staff as well as working as part of the management team.

The nursery are looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager with a passion for out door learning and are happy to lead the staff team on outside activities and adventures for the children..

As deputy manager you will be working directly with the children as well as supporting the manager in the day to day running of the setting

For this role you need

  • A Level 3 or above childcare qualifications
  • Experience working in Early years
  • Experience leading and motivating a team
  • A love of working with Early years children
  • Passion for outdoor learning

This is a full time role working 35-40 hours a week with a salary of between £13.15-£14.47 per hour
