A place where children can play, learn, grow and have lots of fun during their time with us, which will set the solid foundation of educational achievement and emotional and social development enabling a holistic approach to developing the whole child.

The manager of the nursery began in the childcare industry by opening and running a successful setting from their own home which went from strength to strength. Over a 4 year period the setting went from them working alone and caring for 6 children to creating a nursery environment employing 4 assistants and caring for over 25 children.

What we need from you:

  • Level 2/3 qualification in childcare or higher

Your duties will include:

  • Taking charge of a key group of children
  • Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
  • Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning.
  • Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
  • Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
  • Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
