We are working with a wrap around club who are looking for a manager to join the club. This role is typically 12-6pm Monday -Friday with flexibility in the school holidays.
This is a variable rota from 8-6pm usually working 30 hours per week.
Main tasks of the role are:
- To oversee the collection of the children and take into the club
- Plan and organize activities for the children and keep records of planning
- Ensue all paper work is completed
- To make sure all policies and procedures are followed
- To lead weekly team meetings
For this role you need :
- A level 3 or above childcare qualification or play work qualification
- Have a strong background of working with children.
- To be willing to complete company training
- To be able to model good practice
- To love working with children
- To be able to organise and be involved in the activities with the children
- To be able to lead, motivate and support a team
