We are working with a lovely nursery in Winchester that is looking for a Baby Room Manager to join their team. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week, with a salary of between £25,400 - £26,520 per annum.
The nursery is seeking a Level 3 or above qualified childcarer with experience working with babies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of following individual routines and meeting each child's needs. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with families and help settle babies into the nursery.
