We are working with a lovely nursery in Winchester that is looking for a Baby Room Manager to join their team. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week, with a salary of between £25,400 - £26,520 per annum.

The nursery is seeking a Level 3 or above qualified childcarer with experience working with babies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of following individual routines and meeting each child's needs. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with families and help settle babies into the nursery.

As a Room Leader, you should be able to train, motivate, and lead your team, with a good understanding of the EYFS and child development principles. The role involves working as part of the management team to develop the nursery further and provide high-quality care and education to the children.
