Job role: Leading a team of staff, to care for and develop children in your room ensuring high quality experiences.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 or above Childcare Qualification
- Current First Aid Certificate (for young children/adults)
- Current Safeguarding Children Certificate
Experience:
- Minimum of three years experience of caring for babies/young children, ensuring good, appropriate behaviour and offering high quality provision, care and delivering high standards of learning and development.
- Experience of effective delivery of the EYFS.
- Experience of the Ofsted inspection process.
- Experience of working with and/or leading other adults in a team.
- Experience of developing staff/giving training/running staff supervision.
Salary: £23,738 based on 41.5 hours a week
