Job description
Tinies North East are looking for a Nanny to support with ad-hoc bookings in the Gosforth area of Newcastle.
This role is part of our service to families in the area to provide babysitting, daily weekday nanny or weekend care. The family book regularly throughout the year and we are looking for someone who would be interested in picking up work across different dates.
The role is open to applicants who are experienced childcarers and looking to join our books for bookings on an ad hoc basis. All Nannies will have a registration interview to talk through your experience, relevant skills and availability. We will then vet ad complete background checks. Once registered you will be able to access one off or repeat bookings. There are further opportunities to work in other areas as well once registered, as part of our busy nanny service to families, or in early years settings, if desired.
Must have
DBS on Government update service (Tinies can assist)
Paediatric First Aid cert in date (Tinies can assist)
Recent contactable references
Sole charge experience from nanny roles (or good senior qualified leadership experience in nursery/ qualified teacher) with references
Excellent understanding of young children\’s learning and development
Baby experience preferable for some positions
