Role 1: Wednesday, Thursday and alternating Sundays.
Role 2: Thursdays & Fridays.

Your goal will be to provide a warm welcome to all our Mezzanine restaurant visitors and do everything you can to make their trip a memorable one. You will be responsible for ensuring customers are served quickly and accurately, operating the tills, ensuring the restaurant area is impeccably clean and supporting the team with whatever is needed to help create a great working environment.
This is a very demanding role so you must be comfortable working fast and being on your feet a lot of the time.
Catering Assistant β Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently (both food and drinks)
- Serving meals, snacks, and beverages to tables with a smile
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks to a high standard
- Plating up cakes, scones, and other light bites beautifully
- Handling cash and card transactions confidently and correctly
- Keeping tables, counters, and service areas clean and tidy
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen and staff members
- Reporting to shifts on time in impeccable uniform.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Ideally, we are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a catering environment β (preferable but not mandatory).
- Friendly and sociable.
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills
