We are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join our team at Waveney River Centre- and this is one you don’t want to miss! Set in the stunning Waveney Valley, Waveney River Centre offers the perfect base for exploring the Broads, riverside trails, and nearby historic towns, with holiday lodges tucked away in a peaceful and scenic parkland setting.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring site Health and Safety inspections are regularly completed to keep our Park in tip-top condition
  • General estate maintenance
  • Help to maintain a clean and safe Park environment by cleaning and tidying up of public areas, weeding, landscaping, waste control etc
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs to all estate buildings
  • General onsite support where required

Qualifications

  • General Maintenance knowledge and skillset
  • Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • An interest in site maintenance

Benefits

  • A starting salary of £24784.50 per annum
  • A 37.5 hour working week. (This will include some weekend work, scheduled on a shift pattern)
