We are recruiting for a Pool to join our team at Broadlands Park & Marina.
Our Leisure attendants are a crucial part of our dedicated team in ensuring guests have a fun and safe stay with us.
What will the role as Leisure Attendant involve?
- Ensuring our pool area is well-maintained, and safe for all guests and visitors
- Cover the reception area to support customers with general enquiries
- Accurately completing and submitting company reports where required
- Maintaining records on in-house systems
- Taking payments from customers
- Complete regular water quality tests
- Understanding and ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and promoted
- Completing general administrative tasks where required
What experience do you need to be a Leisure Attendant?
As this role is so varied, we welcome applications from a range of backgrounds, however a short list of what you will need to be successful in this role are:
- Being computer literate
- A NPLQ qualification (Lifeguard)
- Have a passion for delivering exceptional Customer service
- Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team
