Job Summary
*Strong preference for applicants located in the Boston Area*
As our first Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling and operationalizing enablement. You will own program management for our strategic initiatives, drive new hire onboarding logistics, help us optimize our knowledge base, and lead internal GTM communications. This highly collaborative role ensures that enablement programs are executed flawlessly and content is accessible, consistent, and impactful.
What you will be doing:
- Project manage key enablement programs end-to-end, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
- Own and execute new hire training operations: Scheduling, materials preparation, facilitation support, and participant communications
- Evaluate, build, and help maintain knowledge management systems (WorkRamp, Notion, Google)
- Develop internal communications (newsletters, Slack updates, readiness announcements) to keep GTM teams informed
- Track and report on program adoption, engagement, and impact
- Partner with enablement business partners to package and distribute role-specific content
- Ensure all enablement resources are current, on-brand, and accessible globally
What you bring with you:
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, project management, learning & development, or similar field
- Strong organizational and program management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and content editing skills
- Experience building and maintaining knowledge repositories, CMS, or LMS platforms
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and energized by fast-growing environments
Target Annual Compensation: $135,000 – $145,000
