Tindall Riley & Co is seeking a Project Manager to lead organisational change and drive business adoption across a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced change and project management professional to establish and shape the change management capability within our organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, and working closely with the CFO, CIO and other senior stakeholders, you will be the sole dedicated resource responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and supporting the organisation to adapt to and embrace the major initiatives planned for 2026.
This is a hands‑on role that requires building strong stakeholder engagement, influencing at all levels, and translating complex technical change into clear, accessible messages. You will ensure the organisation is ready and able to adopt new ways of working, while managing the broader organisational delivery of these initiatives. With no existing PMO or formal change function in place, this role offers significant autonomy and the chance to make a meaningful, long‑lasting impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Business Change Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end change & project management for multiple concurrent transformation initiatives
- Assess impact across the organisation and develop comprehensive strategies
- Identify and manage resistance to change, turning sceptics into advocates
- Create a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability across the organisation
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Work closely with the COO, CFO, CIO and senior business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and priorities
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to drive change adoption
- Influence and persuade stakeholders to support transformation initiatives
- Facilitate steering committees, working groups, and project boards
- Act as a trusted adviser to leadership on change‑related matters
- Communication
- Translate complex technical changes into clear, compelling messages for business audiences
- Develop and deliver communication plans that engage employees at all levels
- Create presentations, briefings and updates tailored to different stakeholder groups
- Ensure consistent, timely and transparent communication throughout project lifecycles
- Planning & Delivery
- Design and implement project management plans aligned with delivery timelines
- Develop change readiness assessments and transition plans
- Project Coordination & Governance
- Coordinate project activities across the portfolio of initiatives
- Establish and maintain project governance structures appropriate for the organisation
- Produce Project RAG status reports focusing on timeline, budget and overall readiness
- Maintain project documentation including stakeholder maps, communication plans, and decision logs
- Ensure senior leadership remains informed of progress, risks, and dependencies

About You
- Knowledge/Experience
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in business change management, project management roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives in complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as the sole change resource in an organisation
- Experience working with senior stakeholders including C‑suite executives
- Background in both change management and project coordination
- Experience working alongside vendors and third‑party implementation partners
- Strong knowledge of change & project management methodologies and frameworks
- Proven ability to assess organisational readiness and develop appropriate change strategies
- Experience managing resistance and turning opposition into support
- Qualifications/Education
- Professional change management certification (Certified Change Practitioner, CMI, or similar)
- Project management knowledge or certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum)
- Experience in financial services or professional services environment
- Background in business analysis or process improvement
