Job Title: TECHNICAL SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Due to progressive growth, an opportunity has become available for a Technical Sales Administrator to join our team. In this strategically important and challenging role you will be required to:
- Provide effective and timely day to day administrative support to the existing sales team
- Answering the telephone and directing calls, dealing with customer enquiries
- Processing quotes for both new and existing customers whilst maintaining customer relations
- Have good product knowledge and be confident enough to discuss the benefits and features of our products
- Work collaboratively with other internal teams and customers to deliver the best solution for the business
- Single shift pattern, Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1630 and Friday 0800 -1530
The PERSON
The successful candidate will already understand the processes involved in high-quality, high-volume manufacturing. Applicants should therefore possess the following attributes:
- Team player with good communication skills and a "Can Do" attitude
- Reliability, trustworthiness and a strong work ethic
- Ability to be creative, logical, and practical with a keen interest in technology
- Must be smart and well presented
- You will be naturally hard-working results focused, and enthusiastic.
- Proficient with MS Office and have a good general telephone and computer skills
- Must be flexible in approach, willing take on other tasks and be responsive to changing demands and situations
