As an instructor, you’ll guide and test learners through Forklift certifications, sharing your knowledge and preparing them for work in the sector. Your support helps learners build confidence and open doors to future employment, making a tangible difference in their lives and communities.

Our training provider delivers high quality training and assessments to meet contractual requirements, awarding body standards and in-line with policies and procedures. You will join a brilliant team where you will be given full support throughout.

Do you have experience of delivering Fork Lift RTITB certifications ? Do you have experience of delivering to groups in a classroom setting and have your RTITB Instructors certificate ? If yes, this could be your next move.
Your role as FLT instructor will be to deliver a high-quality FLT courses to groups of three learners, instructing and testing them to RTITB standards.
You will ensure that all learner records are accurate and maintained in line with policies and procedures, GDPR and contractual requirements.
You will identify suitable learners through possessing excellent communication skills and relationship building with learners and prison staff. You will help overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners needs. Ensure all learners complete timely in line with our clients delivery model and programme specification. You will ensure the paperwork for each completed course is sent to Head office each week.
