Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to start in July / August in Wythenshawe, Manchester. Permanent Full Time, Monday to Friday, up to £42,250 (including car allowance). 34 days holidays (including bank holidays), rising to 43 after year 5. One of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers is looking for a passionate Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to join their growing team. You’ll be supporting learners on their Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship, helping them achieve their full potential, while working out in the field and delivering training onsite in Manchester.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions onsite in Manchester for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices.
- Travel and meet apprentices in their workplace and carry out coaching sessions.
- Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they meet milestones and achieve their qualifications.
- Manage your own caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and that they meet deadlines.
- Take responsibility for planning and delivering effective training sessions.
