Health and Social Care Assessor 2,3 to start in March. £25,200 - £26,780. Interviewing asap. Home based role to cover South Wales (client will consider Trainee unqualified assessors too). Based anywhere in South Wales - with induction and training in Cardiff for the first few days HQ. Permanent Full Time - 9am to 4.30pm, 4pm finish on a Friday, 35 hour week.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced health and social care assessor. We are keen to hear from candidates who have sound knowledge and experience within the health and social care field with experience of delivering the NVQ Levels 2, 3 in Health and Social Care.

You will be able to provide outstanding support for learners and be able to demonstrate your organisational and planning skills and talk through your achievements and learner successes. Your role will be to conduct and evaluate individual initial assessment ensuring all learners are on the correct programme at the right level. To develop positive relationships with learners and employers on a monthly basis. To actively promote the use of e-portfolio to all learners and employers. To ensure all learners participate in an 'exit interview' to be undertaken as part of quality assurance visits, which encompasses all aspects of the process. You will also need to be flexible.
