Our client is recruiting for an Automotive Skills Development Tutor to design, deliver, and continuously enhance high-quality training across multiple funding streams. In this role, you'll support learners to achieve meaningful outcomes by developing their knowledge, skills, behaviours, and attitudes. Accurately track KSB progress of all learners and effectively risk band their timely progress and achievement against a set of KPI measures. Undertake and log industrial and pedagogical continuing professional development. Ensure risk assessments are in place and reviewed annually so that learners are safe. Support the team's continual professional attainment and development through leading on and participating in a range of inter.
