Management Trainer Coach to start in August South Wales, M4 Corridor. Full Time Permanent with travel to the learner and remote working from home. £28k - £35k plus great benefits including 1pm finish on Fridays and 30 days holiday (including Christmas shut down and birthday off) plus bank holidays and much more.
Our award-winning training provider is on a mission to grow the business sector. They are looking to strengthen their delivery team with the appointment of a new team member based within South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for supporting Management learners who would like to work within an Ofsted ‘Good’ Government Funded Work-Based Training Provider.
The chosen candidate will be a high performing, qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working as part of a team and has a thirst for delivering high quality and service to all concerned parties. Experience in the delivery of Management Apprenticeship Standards and the differences in the sector post 2017 reforms is highly desirable.
You will manage and be responsible for a caseload of learners based in South Wales (Along M4 Corridor). This will include supporting the entire learner journey, including:
- Enrolment / induction and initial assessment
- Business teaching, learning and assessment
- Coaching / mentoring
- Delivery of Functional Skills English and maths
