Executive Education Consultants x 4 to start asap in Salford, Manchester. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of £26k plus OTE of £6k to £7k realistic in the first year uncapped. There are incentives in place to increase the basic salary to £32k within 12-15 months based on performance and achieving targets.

As an Executive Education Consultant, your role will be to take ownership of lead generation through proactive outreach, including phone, email, Teams meetings, and occasional client visits, while also focusing on converting marketing-generated leads to sales. You will be expected to lead on a specific industry or sector, establishing yourself as the primary point of contact and expert in that field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline by generating your own leads and nurturing marketing-generated prospects through to conversion
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
