The predicted salary is between 41975 - 41975 £ per year.

Hybrid based from the client's main campus in Openshaw, Manchester, covering Northwest and Yorkshire. All travel expenses paid/mileage etc. Up to £41,975 - Permanent Full Time. You will manage your own time, working 37 hours per week (salary depends on teaching and assessing qualifications). Preferably qualified to Level 4+ in Engineering.

Our client is looking to recruit an Engineering Learning Coach who will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, tutoring, and assessing students. As the learners' Engineering Learning Coach, you will support the apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship.

You will be required to teach in both the classroom and workshop environment, complete guidance, and mock end point assessments to ensure that apprenticeships are ready for the independent assessment at the end of their apprenticeship. You will work closely with other Learning Coaches to ensure that the skills and knowledge learnt in the classroom are embedded in the workplace.

You will take part in discussions with employers to build good relationships and be involved in updating all parties on the apprentice’s journey through progress reviews. You will be expected to embed maths and English into your delivery to ensure that learners who do not have the required level of Functional Skills or equivalent are supported.
