The predicted salary is between 41975 - 41975 £ per year.

Based from my client's main Campus - Openshaw, Manchester, Northwest and Yorkshire. All travel expenses paid/mileage etc. Large area to cover.

Up to £41,975 - Permanent Full Time - you will manage your own time 37 hours per week (Salary depends on teaching and assessing qualifications). Preferably qualified to Level 4+ in Engineering.

Our client is looking to recruit an Engineering Learning Coach who will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, tutoring, and assessing students. As the learners' Engineering Learning Coach, you will support the apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours that are required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship.

You will be required to teach in both the classroom and the workshop environment, complete guidance, and mock end point assessments to ensure that apprenticeships are ready for the independent assessment at the end of their apprenticeship. You will work closely with other Learning Coaches to ensure that the skills and knowledge learnt in the classroom will be embedded in the workplace.

You will take part in discussions with employers to build good relationships and be involved in updating all parties on the apprentice’s journey through progress reviews. You will be expected to embed maths and English into your delivery to ensure that learners who do not have the required level of Functional Skills or equivalent can pass the exams.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain a caseload of learners as agreed with your line manager and carry out regular learner interventions.
  • Ensure evidence for learning, achievement, funding, and Ofsted is captured effectively and timely including: 20% OJT requirements are fully met and recorded as per procedure.
