This role offers immense job satisfaction. Working on our clients Restart Scheme, that gives Universal Credit claimants who have been out of work for at least 12 months enhanced support to find jobs in their local area. Following referral from their local Jobcentre Plus, participants receive 12 months of intensive personal support from the Restart Scheme. This support helps them to break down their barriers to work and secure sustained employment.

We are looking for people with a really engaging personality with lots of energy not only to win over participants on programme, but also to work closely with the team.

Do you have a background in training (L&D, Internal trainer, Retail trainer or College etc.)? Are you a school/college teacher? Do you have a passion for wanting to train adults and have a clear understanding of the challenges and difficulties of training adults?

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and delivering training
  • Assessing and evaluating results
