Monday to Friday Full Time Permanent (Reduced hours considered).

Successful applicants will have experience working within a leadership and/or managerial and Project Management role. While qualifications in assessment practice are not essential, a willingness to work towards achieving these on appointment is required.

Based from home in Wales (Travel to learners within 50 miles radius) mileage paid, 30 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension, CPD, Healthcare, volunteer day, birthday off, support, L&D Opportunities, Funded Professional Memberships, Wellbeing initiatives, Flexible working, Funded eye tests and one-off contribution towards glasses, Funded DBS Checks, Gift vouchers for ideas implemented by the company, gift vouchers for special occasions, all IT equipment supplied.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating the performance, skills and potential of learners, providing detailed feedback and helping them achieve their goals of growth and success.

The assessor role involves assessing and supporting learners who are undertaking Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management, Level 3 Apprenticeship and Levels 4 and 5 Higher Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management, which includes support to achieve the Essential Skill qualification in Digital Literacy.
