Leadership and Management Project Management Assessor in Wales, field based (Home based). Salary: £30k - £30,500 depending on skills and experience. Monday to Friday, Full Time Permanent (Reduced hours considered).
Successful applicants will have experience working within a leadership and/or managerial and Project Management role. While qualifications in assessment practice are not essential, a willingness to work towards achieving these on appointment is required.
This position is home (field) based; however, as travel is expected to visit learners in the workplace, the ability to travel is essential. Caseload areas will be allocated based on the successful applicant's geographical location, usually within an approximate 50-mile radius, although this may be exceeded from time to time. It is expected that the successful applicant should be based within North Wales.
Your role and responsibilities include:
- Delivering Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management, Level 3 Apprenticeship, and Levels 4 and 5 Higher Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management, which includes support to achieve the Essential Skill qualification in Digital Literacy.
- Supporting learners to progress through the learning journey through effective assessment planning, feedback, and regular learner interaction.
- Providing constructive feedback to learners on an ongoing basis to ensure learners progress through their programme in a timely manner and to ensure clarity and understanding for all parties.
- Communicating progress and achievement of learners to the mentor and/or employer consistently throughout the programme.
Support/training and CPD to gain relevant qualifications are offered to successful candidates with significant occupational experience.
