Wales, field based (Home based) £30k - £30,500 dep on skills and experience. Monday to Friday Full Time Permanent (Reduced hours considered).
Successful applicants will have experience working within a leadership and/or managerial and Project Management role. While qualifications in assessment practice are not essential, a willingness to work towards achieving these on appointment is required.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating the performance, skills and potential of learners, providing detailed feedback and helping them achieve their goals of growth and success.
The assessor role involves assessing and supporting learners who are undertaking Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management, Level 3 Apprenticeship and Levels 4 and 5 Higher Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management, which includes support to achieve the Essential Skill qualification in Digital Literacy. This position is home (field) based; however, as travel is expected to visit learners in the workplace, the ability to travel is essential. Caseload areas will be allocated based on the successful applicant's geographical location, usually within an approximate 50-mile radius, however this may be exceeded from time to time. It is expected that the successful applicant should be based within North Wales.
Your role and responsibilities:
- To deliver Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management, Level 3 Apprenticeship and Levels 4 and 5 Higher Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management, which includes support to achieve the Essential Skill qualification in Digital Literacy.
- Support learners to progress through the learning journey through effective assessment planning, feedback and regular learner interaction.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners on an ongoing basis to ensure learners progress through their programme in a timely manner and to ensure clarity and understanding for all parties.
- Communicate progress and achievement of learner to the mentor and/or employer consistently throughout the programme.
Support/training and CPD to gain relevant qualifications offered to successful candidates with significant occupational experience.
