Recruitment Manager – August Start
Location: York, East Riding – Yorkshire. Salary: £30k to £35k per annum. Full‑time permanent position.
This recruitment manager will create and identify new business opportunities within the local area by developing strong working relationships with employers and bringing on board new employment opportunities for people on our client’s programmes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities and clients in the local area.
- Promote awareness of our client’s services and benefits.
- Maximise repeat business opportunities.
- Provide post‑placement support and account management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Significant experience and a track record in B2B sales, account management or business development, including face‑to‑face presenting and telesales.
- Demonstrable experience of working to targets.
- Experience as part of a service delivery team with attributes such as challenge and resilience, flexibility and adaptability, honesty and integrity, impactful communication, planning and decision making, selling and influencing.
- Minimum of 2 A‑Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma; GCSE English Language at least Grade B.
- Experience in recruitment, publicly funded services or similar sectors.
- Interest in people and willingness to go the extra mile, plus interest in career and personal development.
