Your mission: to drive learner success by teaching, coaching, and supporting a caseload of learners, ensuring they meet all regulatory, quality, and funding standards. Youll help our learners reach their full potential and achieve top outcomes! Key Responsibilities Work closely with a talented team to create and monitor individual learning plans. Provide coaching, teaching, and support for Functional Skills in Maths and English. Engage learners in dynamic, online group sessions via Teams. Collaborate with Trainer/Coaches, field-based teams, and Area Managers to reach a 75% first-time pass rate in Level 2 Functional Skills. Track learner progress, updating records to keep learner management data accurate. Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments to enhance the learner experience. Attend team meetings and share best practices. About You Youre committed to fostering a learner-centered approach, actively promoting equality, diversity, and a can-do culture. Skilled in time management, multi-tasking, and working well under pressure. A pro at creating and delivering engaging Maths and English lessons.
