What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll deliver engaging teaching across Level 5 & 7 Leadership & Management and Coaching & Mentoring programmes, helping experienced professionals navigate CQC expectations and regulatory frameworks, apply leadership strategies aligned with the NHS long‑term vision, develop coaching, mentoring, and reflective leadership skills, and translate theory into real workplace impact. This isn’t classroom lecturing—it’s facilitated, experience‑led learning grounded in your career.
What We’re Looking For
- Senior or middle-senior management experience within the NHS or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the NHS Long Term Plan and clinical governance.
- Experience with CQC compliance, audits, or regulatory frameworks.
