What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll deliver engaging teaching across Level 5 & 7 Leadership & Management and Coaching & Mentoring programmes, helping experienced professionals improve their skills.
This isn’t classroom lecturing – it’s facilitated, experience‑led learning grounded in your career.
- Navigate CQC expectations and regulatory frameworks
- Apply leadership strategies aligned with the NHS long‑term vision
- Develop coaching, mentoring, and reflective leadership skills
- Translate theory into real workplace impact
- What We’re Looking For
- Senior or middle‑senior management experience within the NHS or healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of the NHS Long Term Plan and clinical governance
- Experience with CQC compliance, audits, or regulatory frameworks
- Passion for developing others and sharing best practice
