Wales based
£30k - £31k depending on skills and experience - Qualified assessor start (Future possible earnings of up to £34k) plus Welsh uplift £1000 - offered on a case by case basis.
Monday to Friday Full Time and Permanent plus great benefits including:

Based from home anywhere in Wales (Travel to learners within 50 miles radius - flexible on occasions). 45p mileage paid - learners will have a face to face visit every 9 weeks.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating the performance, skills and potential of learners, providing detailed feedback and helping them achieve their goals of growth and success. Successful applicants will have experience working within a leadership and/or managerial and Project Management role. While qualifications in assessment practice are not essential, a willingness to work towards achieving these on appointment is required.
This position is home (field) based; however, as travel is expected to visit learners in the workplace, the ability to travel is essential. Caseload areas will be allocated based on the successful applicant's geographical location. This is usually within an approximate 50-mile radius, however this may be exceeded from time to time. It is expected that the successful applicant should be based anywhere in Wales.
Your role and responsibilities:
- To deliver Level 5 Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management with some potential Project Management qualifications, which includes support to achieve the Essential Skill qualification in Digital Literacy.
- Support learners to progress through the learning journey through effective assessment planning, feedback and regular learner interaction.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners on an ongoing basis to ensure learners progress through their programme in a timely manner and to ensure clarity and understanding for all parties.
- Communicate progress and achievement of learner to the mentor and/or employer consistently throughout the programme.
