Recruitment Manager – Interviewing ASAP for a February 2026 start
Full Time Permanent
£30k to £35k
Location: York, East Riding

Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities and winning new clients
- Promoting awareness of our clients\’ services and benefits
- Maximising repeat business opportunities
- Post‑placement support and account management

Qualifications & Experience
- Significant experience and track record of working in B2B sales, account management or business development (face‑to‑face presenting and telesales experience)
- Demonstrable experience of working to targets
- Experience working as part of a service delivery team
- Attributes: challenge and resilience, flexibility and adaptability, honesty and integrity, impactful communication, planning and decision making, selling and influencing
- A minimum of 2 A‑Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma; GCSE English Language at a minimum Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)
- Experience in recruitment, publicly funded services or similar sectors
- Interest in people and willingness to go the extra mile; interest in career and personal development
