The predicted salary is between 27077 - 31500 £ per year.
£27,077 to £31,500 plus amazing benefits, 35 hour week Monday to Friday - FTC until Feb 2027. To cover Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire and Cumbria in community and custodial settings. Northwest based remote with travel to meet with Mentors around the NorthWest including Cumbria, all travel expenses paid from home.
You will have the autonomy and flexibility to run your own diary, e.g. work from home Monday and Friday and the rest of the week meeting with your team out in the field, at the hub in Preston, doing 1-2-1's, people management, supporting your colleagues. There will be monthly meets where you meet with other Team Leaders to share good practice and learn from each other.

Ensuring KPIs whether externally mandated or internally generated are monitored and achieved. The creation of positive relationships internally and externally with emphasis on identifying and connecting all stakeholders in any situation. Ensuring robust governance of their team's activities including risk management and quality assurance.

- Do you have a track record of developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships which directly impact on achieving positive change?
