Recruitment Manager to start in Feb 2026.
Permanent Full Time based in Gateshead. Your own transport needed for visits to employers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and win new clients.
- Promote awareness of the client’s services and benefits.
- Maximise repeat business opportunities.
- Provide post‑placement support and account management.
- Access a wider career development framework and payment progression plans.
Qualifications
- Significant experience and a track record in B2B sales, account management or business development.
- Experience working as part of a service delivery team.
- Attributes: challenge and resilience, flexibility and adaptability, honesty and integrity, impactful communication, planning and decision making, selling and influencing.
- A minimum of 2 A‑Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
- GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).

- Experience in recruitment, publicly funded services or similar sectors.
- Interest in people and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Interest in career and personal development.
