Job Overview
Vocational Coaches (x 2) to deliver short courses in Stewarding, Retail and Hospitality to learners across Manchester. 12‑month full‑time contract starting 5 January 2026. Salary up to £31,333 per annum (inclusive of car allowance). 34 days holiday (34 + bank holidays) with an increase to 43 days after five years. Includes support, CPD, induction, IT kit, eye tests, long‑service rewards, wellbeing initiatives, birthday off, progression opportunities and more.

- Coach and inspire learners to develop skills in stewarding, retail and hospitality in a group setting.
- Manage and teach a caseload of learners, ensuring a high‑quality learning programme in terms of content, structure and learning outcomes.

What We\’re Looking For
- Experience in retail, hospitality and/or stewarding.
- Up‑to‑date industry knowledge and previous teaching or vocational training experience.
- Hold (or be willing to work toward) a relevant teaching qualification.
- A genuine passion for developing others and sharing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and deliver high‑quality teaching or coaching.
- Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent.
- Experience of coaching to support learning.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload.
- Desirable: Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
- Knowledge of government‑funded training and apprenticeship standards.
