Permanent Full Time - Liverpool/Merseyside/North West/The Wirral
£34k Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm, 3pm finish on a Friday

Role Overview
The successful applicant will deliver training to apprentices in the workplace. The role is hybrid and reporting to the Performance Manager, with responsibility for delivering teaching and learning sessions to all allocated apprentices. This encompasses training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal reviewing of the apprentice's progress from the start through to the end point assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support approximately 40 learners undertaking a standalone qualification programme of learning.
- Carry out assessment of learners against standards or qualification criteria.
- Assist in the compilation of learners' portfolios and monitor the quality of learning.
- Support candidates in identifying opportunities to collect portfolio evidence.
- Develop candidates' individual training needs plans.
- Assess and deliver elements of underpinning knowledge; support the internal quality assurance process.
- Provide high-quality training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal reviewing of the apprentice's progress from the start through to the end point assessment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experienced Leadership and Management Coach.
- Personable, engaging, organized and motivated.
- Good maths, English and ICT skills.
- Experience using Onefile and working with a cohort of approximately 40 learners.
