NorthWest/Lancashire based – working with learners at their place of work, face-to-face visits where needed, group remote sessions mainly to higher level learners with regular HQ visits once a month, possibly more for development days. 50/50 remote/travel to learners at their workplace.

Our client is looking to employ someone with a background in senior management in retail or general business management, to lead the way on our Level 5 Departmental Management qualifications. Have you done project management?
It will be your job to ensure our learners in senior management and team leading roles are on track to gain their qualification, regularly visiting them and guiding them with your experience and knowledge of the industry. The role is mainly remote; however, there will be times when you need to meet with your learners at their place of work. You'll be visiting learners mainly around the NorthWest, offering your advice, assessing learners on their progress, setting targets and goals for next visits, and ensuring employers are happy with the progress of the learners.
Additionally, you will identify opportunities to bring in more learners/new opportunities and vacancies, and work with other departments to ensure the overall success of the business.
Reporting to the Assessor Team Leader, the role of the Leadership and Management Tutor ideally based in the NorthWest will be to deliver innovative teaching and learning sessions and assess a caseload of students.
